Annabelle update

She is now 13 months and getting into EVERYTHING is her game. She sure is a handful and we love her energy and fun personality. I thought I should post what she has been up to lately...

When we aren't looking, she finds the baby wipes and pulls them out one at a time and tosses them everywhere. So much fun :) And do you love our furniture? I call it our Christmas decor. But hey, it was free and you can't beat that!

Yet another fun thing she found. She can unroll the toilet paper quicker than I could get the camera to take a picture. She has to pick all the paper off the roll too.

She is getting more hair! Yeah! But still not enough to put in pigtails :(

Some other fun things Annabelle has been doing:

-She knows her animal noises! She can make the noises for a snake, cow, cat, dog, horse, moneky and the baby (alright, so it's not an animal, but if you ask her what the baby says, she says "Waaa waaaa waaa").

-She now gives kisses and hugs when prompted. Which makes me ecstatic because she is not a cuddly baby so I take what I can get.

-She says "mom", "dadda", "baby" (deedee), "more" - while signing more at the same time, "what's that?" whenever she hears a noise or someone leaves the room, "dance" (every time music is on she immediately starts to dance. I am talking at church to the hymns, the theme songs on the tv and always with "Ellen." It's probably the cutest thing ever).

-She likes to share a bowl of cereal with me in the morning. As soon as she hears the spoon hit the side of the bowl she throws her hands in the air and says "all!" for all gone. Afterwards, she likes to pretend she is mixing stuff with the bowl and spoon.

-She loves to go to the store with me and flirt with the other kids as we pass them by.

-Bath time is still her favorite time. If I could leave her in there for an hour, she would be in heaven.

-She loves her blanky. If she sees it she will reach for it, even if she is in her high chair and it's 10 feet away. Ross concludes she thinks she has "the Jedi force."

-Ross's personal favorite: whenever he says "Touchdown!" she will throw her hands in the air to make the sign for touchdown.

-She's still; however, is NOT walking on her own. She barely holds on to on of my fingers but as soon as I let go she sits down. She doesn't even try to take a single step. I am not too worried yet - I didn't walk till I was 18 months! Plus, I already spend my days chasing her around.

Annabelle is so much like Kylin. She makes a HUGE mess of everything. For every one thing I put away she takes something out. I especially hate doing the dishes with her! I can't beleive that Anna is talking so much! Kylin only says mama and dadda and baba. Cute pictures!

i can't believe she is doing all of that. the one year old stage, for me, was the funnest because they learn so many things but yet it's the hardest because you have to chase them EVERYWHERE!!! How fun. Cambree didn't walk until she was 14 months. It's harder yet easier when they learn to walk. for me it was harder because even if we were/are in a hurry she still wants to walk and never watches straight in front of her. She just mosies along just looking at everything and everyone. so fun!!

Hay Megan, I can't believe your little girl she is so big. I don’t want to wish my sons life away, but I really can't wait until he is a little older so I can play with him more. Talk to you later. Derek

I love that she has to pick all the toilet paper off the roll--what a little perfectionist you have already. That monkey in the first picture is almost as big as she is-how cute!

You little girl keeps you all sorts of busy I see. I still can't believe I haven't even seen the little cutie yet. We need to come hang out with you guys. Tiff was talking about a big get together where husbands and babies are allowed. We should talk about it next saturday.

If we had a playdate our houses would be disasters after because Austin is the same way. I have resulted into shutting all the bathroom doors during the day and keeping all wipes, shoes, socks etc out of his reach since he likes to hide them in random places throughout the house.

Hi there! Annabelle is adorable! She is so stinkin cute! We definitely need to get together---I told Chelsie the same thing! We live in SLC now...but are planning on moving to Traverse Mountain when we get back from NYC in September. We should plan a time where all of us (me & Austin, Chelsie & Brandon and You & Ross) go to dinner (or hangout at someone's house so I can meet these cute babies!). =) This blog thing is so fun--I get to meet people I haven't even met yet! ;)

Love the couches - reminds me of ours. Ours are like 3rd generation hand-me-downs! I love the baby wipes picture. Hey, at least she's not pulling down the TV or something, right?

Hilarious! Babies are so much fun! You are a great mom with your positive attitude (commenting on the free decor)! I like how she does the touchdown sign!

I don't even know what you to say. You have too many friends and I would just repeat what everyone else says. But I feel your pain lady, I feel your pain
