Ross and I didn't do much for Valentines Day - I had great intentions of surprising Ross with a McDonalds breakfast (he REALLY loves fast food), so I woke up earlier than normal to go to the gym and then get breakfast afterwards. Well, since we had that huge snow storm the night before and the wind is always blowing extra hard here, the snow drifts were almost as tall as me. By the time I got his car dug out and cleaned off I didn't have time to go. So his present was a snow free car instead. Ross also got me a heart rate monitor to help with my triathlon training and a card that said he "hoped I would love it with all my HEART." Get it? He is such a spaz! He made felafel's for dinner AND did the dishes - that was the best present :)
He brought home some balloons for Annabelle and she loves chasing them around the house. It is hilarious to watch.
Friday night we went to a Grizzlies hockey game with Ross's family. Annabelle enjoyed playing with her cousin Danika, watching the game and dancing to the music they played.

She did; however, have a hard time not being able to move about freely so we had to take her out and let her walk around a few times. Thanks again to the Dinsdale's for the tickets! We had a great time.

Saturday was my niece, Maddison's, first birthday. We played games, mostly the Wii, had dinner, cake and hung out at my mom's.
My mom got Dance Dance Revolution and only Ross had played before, which is hilarious because I have yet to see Ross dance. But I guess they played it a lot at the arcade on his PDay in Mexico. Here is Lacie attempting to play...notice it says "FAILED" across the screen. Nevertheless, we had fun.
Anna loves pushing the stroller and grocery cart my mom has at her house. So why not make her useful and let her take Cooper for a walk?
The Birthday girl and her cake. Chelsie, Lacie and I had way too much fun frosting the cake and making a mess with the sprinkles. It is a piece of art ;)

Ah, that cake IS beautiful. I didn't ever play the dance revolution thing...I'm going to have to try that out...fabulous! Danika and Anna look like they are lovin on each other...too cute! Thanks Anna for entertaining Coop and taking him for a walk! She's pretty tough to be able to push this little chub!
Tell your sister that I suck at that Dance game too. That storm sounded like a real disaster up there, what a gal to clear off Ross's car. John likes McDonalds too, he could eat there for every meal if I let him.
I am glad you survived the snow--somewhat. At least you got a good workout clearing off the car. I though about all of you happy valleyans--that snowstorm was out of control down there.
yeah, i pretty much suck at ddr too. Ryan's brothers are amazing at it. they go play at the megaplex(or whatever it's called) in Ogden every weekend.
The softplay thing is here in Logan just behind Walmart at the Fun Park. It's fun
What is it with boys and McDonalds breakfast? Brandon wants that every saturday! I am jealous of your heart monitor and I love the card Ross wrote with it. Dance Dance revolution sounds like so much fun! Once again your little girl is adorable and great job with the cake!
How fun, and I love those pictures below!! So I think we need to hang out so my child can have surrogate cousins at your moms house, do you think she would let us?? Go ahead an ask her and let me know. Then that way Cooper won't be a lone man in the garder of Overmans!!!
I would love a visit. I agree it has been way too long! The belly binder is by medella --that company like owns the baby world and Chadd got it at babies r us. It really is awesome!
Megan-good to hear from you, your little girl is so adorable! The twins are doing good, but I'm sure you know how it is getting a NICU baby home, they don't want anyone around them. They told me to try and keep my other kids away from them, that's easy. I'll have to link you from my blog so we can keep in touch!
